Okay, so we were playing a game over on Andrey Dubinin's page..."You can tell a lot about a person from his favorites", and your friend WadeFurlong thinks you're in need of analyzing. Either that, or he thought it was funny to send me to a page that was filled with nekkid girls. So...blame him.
Once you get past all the naked girls, I noticed: --the landscapes you chose tend to be more about storytelling than simply admiring the existence of something. --There are lots of images of machines that look deadly and scary, but theyre all inert; very few are actually engaged in violence and destruction and tend to feel more isolated, even sad. --Most of the pieces you selected have muted, dreamy, earthy colors --theres a lot of Japanese influence in your favorites but less the commercial hyped-up its-popular sort of Japanese influence more the very spirit of Japanese culture and folklore. This is most interesting. --You picked few images with males in them, but the ones that do are wistful, dreamy, not superheroes out to bash heads but dreamers lost in contemplation.
Okay, so mix all of that up into my Magic Kettle and I get drumroll a romantic. At first glance, Id say youre a healthy young man with a normal sexual appetite, but if you look more closely, youll see the women you chose tend to be facing away, or in some sort of defensive posture. You want the story behind the girl; you want the romantic duel; you want the relationship, complete with the drama and, most importantly, the sharing of stories. You want the real thing not just for someone to understand YOU, but for that same person to let YOU in, let YOU have THEIR secrets. I think, your life is complicated.
I see humor in a couple of the pieces you selected, but its subtle; its not loud, class-clown humor but more along the lines of irony or sarcasm. You arent a loud person, but youre insightful. You don't blab a lot, so when you do speak, it's worth listening to. You see the ramifications in things and arent reckless in your decision making.
There you go. Your favorites have been read. Now you can go thwack WadeFurlong for the invasion Oh, and you have to say where I'm close...

-wade and I often debate the merits of manga and American comics, with me liking manga for its emphasis on story telling, where as wade goes for the pretty pictures
-I like machines of a certain nature, realistic, detailed in the right areas. the sad- isolated thing is surprising, but not unexpected. as wade could testify.
ditto with the Japanese stuff. but with all things, I try to avoid fashionable things.
I would have to say, overall your 90% accurate, maybe more. . . but I don't think I know myself well enough to say.

Seriously, it was a fun exercise. Kudos for Andrey for dreaming it up...
